Bookings can be made online, particularly on booking platforms such as the accessible website of Hotel Aria, by phone, or by email. All offers are subject to availability. When booking, pre-contractual information exchanges or the definition of contractual conditions take place in writing. These can be made electronically as per the law. For bookings made exclusively via the internet, the order is registered on the website when the Customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions by confirming the order. This confirmation implies acceptance of all the General Terms and Conditions.
\nIn the case of phone, email, or on-site bookings, the hotel collects the necessary information to register the Customer’s booking (phone number, email address, bank details, deposit or guarantee, as applicable, etc.).
\nOnce the booking confirmation is received, along with insurance details (if taken) and any other documents, the Customer must verify the correctness of the information. If there are any errors, they must immediately inform the hotel within 1 hour. Hotel Aria cannot be held responsible for errors not communicated within the above timeframe. Booking acceptance is generally subject to the condition precedent of payment. <\/p>\n
The Customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the nature, purpose, and booking conditions of the services available on the Website or Mobile Services and has sought and obtained the necessary and\/or additional information to make their booking with full knowledge of the facts.
\nThe Customer is solely responsible for selecting services and ensuring their suitability for their needs, meaning the Hotel cannot be held liable in this regard.
\nThe booking is considered accepted by the Customer at the end of the booking process.
\nA booking is considered made once the Customer completes the booking form or the booking request is received at the hotel reception, or upon advance online payment or guarantee.
\nThe Customer agrees to complete the required information in the booking form or booking request before any booking is made. They certify the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided. <\/p>\n
The booking can be canceled, modified, or refunded depending on the selected rate. Cancellation and modification conditions are shown at the time of booking and also included in the confirmation email sent to the customer. The cancellation and modification conditions for flexible rates are available in the booking and apply considering 14:00 on the arrival date; for example, a booking that can be canceled and refunded up to 24 hours before the arrival date, with the arrival date set for July 15, can be canceled or modified until 14:00 on July 14. Prices for the booking of services are indicated before and at the time of booking.
\nPrices are confirmed to the Customer with an amount inclusive of taxes, in the hotel’s commercial currency, and are valid only for the duration indicated on the Website or Mobile Services.
\nAll bookings, regardless of their origin, must be paid in the hotel\u2019s local currency unless otherwise specified on-site.
\nIf not otherwise stated on the Website, additional services (garage, etc.) are not included in the price.
\nPrices are inclusive of VAT applicable at the time of the order, and any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the prices indicated at the time of billing.
\nAny change or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by competent authorities will automatically be reflected in the prices indicated at the time of billing.

\nThe hotel reserves the right to refuse a Customer or a group if their presence seems likely to disturb the tranquility and safety of the Hotel or if there have been previous issues with that Customer or group. <\/p>\n

\nHotel Aria accepts some pets, such as dogs up to 5 kg. They will not be allowed in common areas, and any damage caused by them will be charged to the Customer.
\nAny behavior contrary to good manners and public order will result in the hotelier asking the Customer to leave the premises without any compensation or refund if the payment has already been made.
\nThe Customer agrees to comply with the hotel\u2019s internal regulations. In case of non-compliance, the hotelier will ask the Customer to leave without any compensation or refund if payment has already been made.
\nSmoking is prohibited in the hotel, both in common areas and private spaces. The Customer agrees to comply with this policy and authorizes Hotel Aria to charge \u20ac250 to the credit card provided as a guarantee for non-compliance.
\nThe Customer also agrees to use responsibly all equipment and items provided in both common and private areas. At the end of the stay, the Customer may be held liable for any damage, loss, theft, or destruction of any object on the premises, and will be required to compensate for any resulting loss to the hotel.
\nWhen the guest uses the \u00ab\u00a0Minibar\u00a0\u00bb service and consumes additional chargeable beverages without specifying it at checkout, Hotel Aria reserves the right to charge the amount for the products consumed to the credit card provided as a guarantee after inspecting the room, even if the guest has already checked out and paid the bill. Please note that minibar prices are available in the price list in the room.
\nThe Hotel offers free Wi-Fi, allowing guests to connect to the Internet. The Customer agrees not to use the hotel\u2019s computing resources in any way to reproduce, present, make available, or communicate to the public copyrighted works or protected performances such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software, and video games without authorization from the rights holders. The Customer is also required to comply with the hotel\u2019s Internet access provider\u2019s security policy, including the rules for using security resources aimed at preventing the illegal use of computing resources.
\nHotel Aria is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to guests’ belongings during their stay, resulting from their own actions (negligence, failure to comply with hotel safety instructions, etc.). <\/p>\n
